We aim to ship all orders next working day. So you should have your course within 2 to 3 days. If you have any special requests please contact us at email@example.com
Our courier of choice is DPD as we believe they provide the best service for the customer. You should be provided with a delivery window by email or text.
If you are not happy with your course for any reason, please return it to us within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with distance selling regulations. Also make sure to contact us in advance of sending it back. If the course is retuned to us in a damaged condition, or outside of the 14 day grace period, we may not provide a refund, or will only offer a partial refund.
